Suministros

Utilities

Electricity, water, gas and internet — and whose name the accounts are in.

Suministros are the utility supplies. The question that matters is not only who pays but whose name each account is in, because the account holder is who the supplier pursues and who can change tariff.

Accounts left in a previous tenant's or the owner's name are common and mostly workable until something goes wrong — a disconnection, a disputed bill, a tariff you cannot alter because you are not the customer.

A utility bill in your own name is also one of the documents a town hall will accept as evidence of where you live, which makes putting one there worth a little friction.
