Four renovated houses in one walled compound

Four self-contained houses inside one private, walled estate, set among orange groves and mature olive trees forty minutes from the centre of Valencia. Each has its own kitchen, bathroom and living space, and all four were recently renovated — new bathrooms, fitted kitchens, air conditioning, whitewashed beamed ceilings.

The layout is what makes it unusual: separate houses sharing the gardens, the paved courtyard and the shaded terraces. It works as one large family property or as four independent lettings — short-stay through the Valencia season, year-round rural rental, or live in the main house and let the other three. The airport and the AVE station are both inside an hour, and the beach is a comfortable drive.
