Up to three viewings inside 72 hours, scheduled around your timezone. Remote means a live video call where you direct the camera. Full means one of our people is standing in the flat for you.
We check the paperwork
Before any money moves we read the contract: vivienda habitual versus temporada, the deposit terms, who pays the agency fee, and whether the rent respects the zone's reference index.

Common questions
Do I need to buy a search report first?
No. The concierge is a standalone service: send us listings you found yourself and we'll take it from there. If you'd rather we found the flats too, the €49 automated search produces a ranked shortlist first and the concierge picks it up.
What is the difference between Remote and Full?
Remote (€499) covers everything except physically being there: outreach, scheduling, live video-call viewings you attend from abroad, negotiation and the contract review. Full (€900) adds a person on the ground who attends each viewing for you and reports back on the things a camera hides, like noise, damp and the state of the street.
Which cities do you cover?
Remote works anywhere in Spain. In-person viewings are available in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Málaga, Bilbao, Alicante and Granada. Tell us your city when you book and we'll confirm coverage before any outreach begins.
Can you negotiate the rent?
We always try, and we come armed: the barrio's average price per square metre, how long the flat has been listed, and whether the asking rent sits above the zone's official reference index. Whether a landlord moves is up to them, but an informed ask in Spanish lands very differently to an email from abroad.
When do I pay?
Up front, when you book. You choose Remote or Full, pay securely through Stripe, and a concierge emails you within 24 hours to confirm the details before any outreach begins.
Do you speak Spanish for me?
Yes, that is most of the job. Agents move fastest for whoever calls in Spanish, answers on WhatsApp within minutes and knows which questions matter. That is the part you cannot do from another country.
